Donald Trump arrives in Edinburgh this week to tell the Scottish Parliament that nobody wants wind turbines in the country in which he doesn't live.
It's a pity for him, therefore, that a plethora of surveys are all publishing their results at the same time, showing that Scots DO want wind turbines. In the case of the poll highlighted in the Sunday Herald yesterday, a whopping 71% of people were in favour of turbines.
I've said it before, but I don't quite know why Trump has been asked to "give evidence". He has none to give, other than the lies and myths which he has been perpetuating through the media. He's not an expert on wind turbines, he's not an expert on tourism, he's not an expert on energy and he's not an expert on Scotland.
So just what is he doing here?
