The Scottish Green List is looking for their Green champions for 2012.If you know an individual who is actively working to make the country greener then the Scottish Green List wants you to tell them about them.
From their website, the aims of the award are:
- To recognise and reward the work of people in Scotland that are working to drive forward sustainable development.
- Increase understanding of sustainable development through 'real-people' examples and demonstrate to the country that people care about sustainable development issues.
- Inspire other people to take action on sustainable development through highlighting examples of how the winners have gone about their work.
Nomination forms can be found on the Scottish Green List website, and nominations close at the end of January. So if you feel someone deserves some recognition for their hard work, nominate them!
