One Step Forward, Two Steps Back

Step Forward: London imposes a £25 congestion charge on sports cars, trucks and SUVs.

Step Back: Scotland removes the tolls from the Forth and Tay Bridges.

Step Back: Ministers approve extending a motorway straight through the heart of Glasgow.

No Impact Man has a post about cars this week, entitled Is Making A Better Car Like Making A Better Cancer? There's some good points there.
